Feeling Blue

Well, I was going to use this (or at least a variant of this) for the 100 theme challenge, but I really didn't see what category it could fit in and I couldn't really get it to fit for the one I was making it for, so this drawing is on its own I guess XD.

I don't know what the deal is with the bubbles to be honest. I was going to just split the image between brighter and darker shades but it didn't look so great like that.
